Clear Communications number one choice for
Bridgestone Tyres

Bridgestone, one of the largest tyre manufacturers in the world, has appointed Gloucestershire-based marketing communications agency, Clear Communications to provide above and below the line support in the UK.

Clear Communications will work across Bridgestone's marketing communications to help build the brand equity in the UK and provide tactical initiatives and support for dealers nationwide, including Bridgestone's retail loyalty network, First Stop. Clear Communications was awarded the contract following a four-way agency pitch.

In addition, Clear Communications will help Bridgestone to promote a road safety campaign in the UK called "Think Before You Drive" that Bridgestone is working on, in conjunction with the FIA Foundation (Federation Internationale de l'Automobile).

Bridgestone's UK marketing manager, Andy Dingley, commented: "We were looking for an agency that could really take the initiative in delivering our strategic plan and support us in taking the Bridgestone brand name from track to road. Clear Communications had passion, ideas and in depth knowledge of the market that really shone through, that made them the obvious choice."
